Brianne Sprehe
US Army, Jiu Jitsu Athlete
Prior to joining the Army I weighed over 220 pounds and found the gym to be a place of anxiety. With the goal of joining the Army I knew I needed to lose weight and change my relationship with fitness. Thanks to Liberty Performance Training Gym and my coach Jon Erickson, I was not only able to lose over 60 pounds, but I was able to fall in love with fitness. Now in the Army, fitness has become my main form of stress relief and is an outlet that continues to help me both physically and mentally. One main passion of mine has become Jiu Jitsu. The constant drive towards mastery allows you to escape the thoughts and negativity of your day, and the BJJ community is immensely supportive.
When I’m not at the gym or on the mats I love to do archery, fishing, rucking, or anything that gets me outdoors! I’m excited to represent a company committed to promoting fitness and mental health as a way to end veteran suicide, as I know fitness has done so much for me!
